Water Valley Denmark is proud to co-host Tech Tours Water Tech 2026 in collaboration with City of Aarhus, Clean, Niras & Kromann Reumert.

This event, taking place in Aarhus on June 3-4, 2026, aims to help startups developing tech solutions in the water domain.

Join us for a curated event featuring 30-35 emerging water tech companies, with exclusive access for select entrepreneurs, investors, corporations, and governmental experts.

As part of this years Tech Tour WaterTech – Visit Aarhus is arranging site visits on 3 June: 

Join this technical visit and gain insight into two leading examples of sustainable water management in Denmark. 

Visit Egå Wastewater Treatment Plant, where wastewater is transformed into a valuable resource. Here, you will experience how electricity and heat are produced from wastewater and how advanced treatment technologies – including removal of pharmaceutical residues – contribute to a healthier aquatic environment and high energy efficiency.

We continue to Nye, an innovative new district north of Aarhus, where rainwater is reimagined as a local resource. You will explore Denmark’s first centralised solution for collecting, treating and reusing rainwater for toilet flushing and laundry, while creating blue-green urban spaces that enhance biodiversity and climate resilience.
